Account Management

Every Metropolitan client is assigned a dedicated Account Team to guide your project through every aspect of printing, production, and/or mailing. Account Teams are assigned after we understand your business, needs and objectives. We then build a custom team staffed with the employees possessing the most relevant experience and assign a Team Lead—which is your single point of contact for anything you need. Your Lead, together with the rest of your Account Team makes sure everything gets done on time and to specifications. You can relax now; you’re in competent hands.
