After a competitive RFP, Metropolitan became the primary source for direct marketing efforts. Our first task was to put in place proven tactics to get the direct marketing efforts back on track. We provided list management, segmentation schemes, test cell/test methodologies, more efficient package designs and a postal optimization strategy. Just this initial implementation of best practices greatly reduced cost per piece. Those costs savings enabled the funding of more and larger programs further increasing ROI.
