This educational materials resource was suffering from inconsistent quality for booklets, newsletters and other printed matter provided to each school. The issue was that multiple vendors with varying degrees of competency produced the materials.

Metropolitan took over as the sole-source for managing all the commercial printing, warehousing, pick and pack fulfillment and distribution. Our methodology and disciplined process ensured quality levels increased and were consistent among all the materials, freight expense was also reduced and overall cost decreased by 10%.
